Full screen mode - auto rotate to landscape mode - Android apps

We have a customer that asks for landscape - full screen mode for videos on their Android app. The videos do auto rotate in full screen mode on the iOS app, and that is a GREAT feature. But for Android, it will not auto rotate to landscape mode, and the video is hard to see, and the user experience isn’t that great.
There are mulitple posts on this issue, Is this feature included in the roadmap?

This one should be removed from the complete pile and put back into the request pile.
Auto rotate is still not available in the Media Center Manual on Android.
This was first requested over 5 years ago and has still not been implemented (even though marked complete).
