User Management on Buildfire is currently a joke. No sorting options, no batch editing capabilities, no deleting of users, changing passwords via csv, etc etc etc. Could be way better. The lack of user management features will probably cause us to leave Buildfire altogether.

We have implemented enhancements to the User Management system! (:

Here are the updates we have made:

Allow the app owner to reset the password for app users & send an email after the password has been reset.
Allow the app owner to reset the password using the user's import (via CSV).

We do look at this feedback and use it for our roadmap. We don’t always reply on this channel since sometimes it’s user / app specific. That being said user management is more complex than most realize. However, we do want to support the needs of our users. We are making some changes based on your comments

Thanks for the suggestion! Our dev team is always on the lookout for new features and functionality to add to our system. We’ll keep an eye on this, and the more support it gets the higher chance it will have of being implemented.
