Notification Views

My users are mostly 50s up, so going to notifications and then selecting view history, for an unread notification is a bit much. A simple fix would be for the unread notifications to show up on the first screen, and all read notifications would move to view history. Also, a way to delete notifications. Clean up things a bit. Tks.

I would like to add the ability to have either a badge count next to grouped push notifications within the side-nav area, or the ability to know which group the push came from when utilizing the notification section.
Right now, a user looks at their app icon on the home screen of their ios device and they see the badge notification. When they click on the push, or app icon, the badge count doesn't change. They must manually go into the notification area of the app to clear the badge count.
When they go in, they don't know which notification group the alert came from if they have any more than 1 group selected.
You can then select any group notification, and it'll clear the badge count, but if they have missed alerts from other notification areas, they have no clue as everything cleared. (Screen shot added with orange dots next to groups to generalize what I'm talking about should be added to push notifications to know which group has an active notification that hasn't been viewed or cleared)

Crosby Shaterian: Hi Crosby, thank you for your feedback and additional context with your screenshot. As this gets more traction the higher likelihood of it being added.
Have a great rest of your day!

My users are mostly younger than 50s but have still commented on the annoyance of clearing notifications, which leads to them removing Notifications altogether.

Hey Curtis & Timothy!
Thanks for the suggestions! Our dev team is always on the lookout for new features and functionality to add to our system. We’ll keep an eye on this, and the more support it gets the higher chance it will have of being implemented.
Have a great rest of your day!

An inbox plugin that we could place wherever we want would be awesome. It would be great to be able to tie that plugin to either the default notifications list, the list of messaging categories, or to a custom notification category...
